My mission is to design work environments that encourage people to work in a self-determined and authentic way, so that everyone can develop their unique potential. Only when people achieve their personal goals in their work are teams and companies sustainably successful.
When teams manage to recognize the unique strengths and personalities of their members and shape their collaboration accordingly, top performance and true team spirit result.
In my work with teams, I draw on my keen sense of potential and interrelationships, my scientific foundation and a large creative toolbox of methods.
The focus is always on the team and its goal.
