What is the difference to a normal online quiz?

In contrast to many other online quiz formats, interaction really arises. This is because the colleagues don’t puzzle alone, but are connected via a video chat. They exchange ideas until the right answer has been found. The colleagues take it in turn to take the lead to press the buzzer. In this way, everyone gets a turn.

And of course, there is a Christmassy background and funny questions and answers all about Christmas.

The technology

The participation in the virtual Christmas party is very simple: the colleagues get a link sent to them – and they will already find themselves in the virtual lobby. No software installations are necessary! All you need to prepare is a webcam, headphones and a stable wifi connection.

The course of events

The Christmas party begins with an icebreaker round in the virtual Christmas lobby. Then the group will be split up into at least two teams – and away we go. All teams will puzzle over the same quiz tasks at the same time. A countdown is running. Points are won by those who got the tasks right once the time is up. In competition with the other teams, the desire to win grows, and so does the atmosphere.
