Rollercoaster – bring movement into the team

The concept
Team meetings and conferences can make your head spin. For this, the Rollercoaster team event is ideal to clear your head in between. The team sticks their own ball rollercoaster together using pipes, and the ball will be transported along its tracks. One colleague will be appointed leader. He or she makes sure that the ball gets to the destination on time through the movements of the whole team.
Do you want to bring more action into things? The team event “Rollercoaster” is also available as a duel between multiple teams. The colleagues split up into teams, but this time, they are not up against the time, but each other.
Team building
The quick to carry out and uncomplicated team event gives valuable impulses for team building. Constructing the rollercoaster together, planning the strategy, delegating tasks – that welds the team together. Who takes on which tasks? Who do we trust with the coordination?
Quick and flexible
The team event Rollercoaster is carried out, set up and taken down again quickly – and because of this, ideal for in between. You decide on the place. The expenses for the BITOU staff are included in the price.
Guaranteed success
Our BITOU team trainers advise you in advance, take on the complete organisation and carry out the team event for you on site. Thanks to our experience, you can count on your rollercoaster being a success!
Special services
Has your team newly come together? Or is it working over a distance so that the colleagues hardly know each other? With the speedy, short, getting to know each other event »Speed-Connection«, all participants quickly get to know each other before building the rollercoaster.
Or additionally, choose a creative element: the pipe connections can be swapped out for different free material. That requires more creative thinking and strategic planning from the colleagues.
Would you like to get to know your motivators and those of your team colleagues?
The deep-rooted life interests (DELI) and the confrontation with them have been proven to have an extraordinarily positive effect on team success and personal satisfaction. The team development activity “Deep Sea Expedition” was developed in collaboration with the bestselling author Holger Rathgeber (author of “The Penguin Principle” and “The Meerkat Principle”) and our team trainers.
The participants in the Deep Sea Expedition develop an awareness and shared understanding of the topics of inner motivators and appreciation.
