In the middle of the snow-covered landscape of the Black Forest, Hubert Schmidt has been running a cozy mountain hut for decades. But on a particularly snowy day, the unthinkable happens: Hubert is found dead – the village is shocked. Who has committed this terrible murder?
Thrilling team event at Christmas time
During the winter crime thriller, your team becomes both scriptwriter and detective. The participants slip into different roles, each embodying a character and knowing only part of the story. In a relaxed but tense atmosphere, the participants get talking, share information and work together to solve the mystery. This experience promotes communication and strengthens team cohesion. Dress-up skills and other talents also come to the fore – there’s no better way to have fun in a group!
How the story develops…
At the Winter Crime Time team event, a story develops throughout the evening. It results from many small anecdotes that the team has to puzzle together. And not just in any old way, but with a plan: each player embodies a certain character from the story. And each character is represented multiple times – but he/she only knows part of what happened.
In two rounds, all of the colleagues firstly meet together who embody the same character – and then everyone who knows what happened in the same time period of the story.
In this way, a whole is made out of the many puzzle pieces. The murderer will be revealed.
Exchanges and communication in the team
The wintery Crime Time is appropriate for so-called “team bonding”. The early phase of team building is meant by this, when the colleagues are still getting to know each other. It’s important at this stage to get into conversation with each other. This happens well in a relaxed atmosphere and with a joint goal. Like at the Winter Crime Time.
The preparation?
All necessary materials and information will be provided on time by the BITOU project leaders and the presenters. We will happily help you with the search for an appropriate location for your team event. We can also happily advise you on further programme items of your wintery team event.
